Welcome to our a-frame.  From the moment you arrive, you'll feel like you're a world away from the hustle and bustle.  Nestled in a beautiful gated community, full of amenities, you can relax and enjoy the birds on the deck or take advantage of golf, tennis, pickleball, community parks and fishing lakes, private hiking trails, dining in the clubhouse and more.  The community has no street lighting so you'll find an incredible dark night sky.  The lots are far apart and you cannot see other houses from inside our home - so it feels miles away from everything - but you'll be in a great location, near everything there is to offer in Brevard and the surrounding area.

The house has been lovingly restored.  The A-frame was purchased as a kit from a local home improvement store in the mid 1970's and enjoyed by one family along with their friends for nearly 50 years.  In 2021, we purchased the home and began an extensive renovation.  A special highlight is the gourmet kitchen with custom inset green cabinets, which set the decor for the whole house.  There is an induction range and ultra quiet Bosch dishwasher.  If you love to cook, the house is fully equipped - you'll even find a vitamix and sou vide.  You'll have loads of staples like flour and sugar, as well as spices so please check before your grocery run.

The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's furnished with 3 king size beds and 2 twin beds.  There is also a chair that folds out to a twin size sleeper - to sleep 9 in all.  3 of the 4 bedrooms have TVs.  We offer access to streaming services and high speed internet.  We are currently logged in with our Netflix, amazon, Hulu, HBO max and Disney accounts.  You are also welcome to log in with your own account.

Once you arrive, you won't want to leave.  The house is exceptionally comfortable with cozy seating, convenient lighting, a fully equipped kitchen, large stone wood burning fireplace, outdoor seating, and a new covered porch as part of the over 1,000 square feet of decking.  Outdoor fire pits are not allowed in Connestee Falls.  We have a propane fire pit located in the covered porch area, just outside the kitchen.    

There is currently an unfinished basement.  At some point, this may be finished and available to guests.  However, for now, it's behind a locked door and we ask that guests do not limit off guest areas such as the basement or the owner/hospitality closet.  If there is anything you need, you can text us and we'll help you out.  

A few favorite things nearby:

Downtown Brevard with a cute small town feel and friendly shops and restaurants.  Brevard hosts many different festivals - including the White Squirrel, the summer music series, Halloween and Christmas events.

Dupont State Park:  great hiking, biking and waterfalls

Connestee Falls:  you'll have access to four private stocked lakes (fishing license required), miles of private hiking trails and private waterfalls.  A large clubhouse with casual and formal dining, living music, fitness center, community pool, Pickleball courts, tennis courts, outdoor walking track, library, 18 holes of golf and driving range and more.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We use demand pricing so you may see the rate change if you don't book immediately. $75 cancellation fee - helps to cover credit card processing fees.
