Located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood - this house is perfect for families and couples to get away from it all and relax. It's just a quick drive to downtown St Pete or the beautiful gulf beaches.

The house is designed and furnished to be spacious and comfortable - with modern amenities like voice activated smart home features (echo dot personal assistant, security, lighting, and more) and free wifi (high speed fiber optic). The primary bedroom includes a king size bed, attached bath with walk in shower, and a sitting room overlooking the backyard pool and canal. In the primary bath you'll find a Japanese style electric bidet toilet seat. The first guest room contains two twin beds (which can be pushed together for a king). The sailing themed guest room has a twin beds as well that can also be combined.  The two guest rooms share a hall bath with tub/shower combination and double sinks. Off the large living room, you'll find a sunroom, perfect for games, puzzles or just taking in the view. The ample seating includes an oversized loveseat and a convertible sleeper sofa (converts to a double bed).

The outdoor living space truly sets the property apart. There's a covered patio with ceiling fan, a pool bath area off the patio with shower, toilet and sink (perfect way for a quick clean up without going through the house). Under the large shade awning, you can sit, relax, and enjoy the pool and water views, delight in watching the mullets leap from the water or watch the great herons care for their nest of new baby birds in the tree nearby. We've seen many manatees and dolphins right off the dock, which is the perfect spot to try some fishing. You'll find a charcoal grill along with comfortable seating for dining or lounging.

The house and furnishings are remarkably comfortable and we've gone to great lengths to add amenities to help make your stay memorable. There are games, puzzles, movies, outdoor sun loungers, sit atop and sit in kayaks (total of 6 available for rent), coolers, beach chairs, etc. The kitchen has a number of spices and staples that will help avoid those last minute trips to the grocery store.

For those with small children, we have a pack and play as well as feeding seat.  We welcome those with children, but you should be aware that there is not a gate between the house and pool or a barrier to the dock and canal so children must be supervised at all times.  Also, while we love children (and have raised kids too), we ask parents to clean up after their kids and not allow eating throughout the house which attracts Florida pests.  

We do not allow parties or events of any size.  Only registered guests please.  

Please note we have security cameras on site as we are remote owners. Although the cameras are on 24/7, we do not monitor guest activity. If we are alerted to a problem by you or a neighbor, we can review footage. The cameras allow us to confirm when packages are delivered, the pool is serviced, etc. Guests are not allowed to turn off or tamper with the cameras.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
